My daughter and I were at Coborn's tonight in the checkout lane, there was a lady before us. After she had done and paid her bill, she turned around and said to Cheyanne while fumbling in her purse, "do you go to the rec center?" Cheyanne says "sometimes" the last says here take these and gives them to Cheyanne. Not paying any attention really cause I'm trying to checkout.. I tell the last thanks very much that's really nice and we appreciate it. I pay for my groceries and I go out to my vehicle. And then I look really close at to what we were given.. I was so speechless... I am Not sure on the whole story of Nick Wieme, but I know I have heard of him. My heart breaks for the family because I also lost my brother in 2012, but what a great way to honor Nick. Thank you so much to the lady that gave my daughter the swim passes to the rec. We are very greatful and very appreciative!

I got nicked today, my goodness I was blessed, I walked into work and there was a huge box of things I have a hard time buying that I need. I was blessed with food , lotion, deodorant, laundry detergent, laundry dryer sheets , Horner complete meals, tuna, fruit cups, go lean bars , it was truly a blessing as this is something I would want people to do for me as part of my legacy if something ever happened, as I truly care for and have the utmost compassion for making others smile . I wish I could have met nick in life but I feel a true connection now and will definately pay my nick forward . Jaycy G

I ABSOLUTELY got Nicked today!!! Came home from a long day at work to a bouquet of 8 mylar balloons and a very sweet card from a dear friend of mine!! Was such a sweet gesture, simply to celebrate some good going on in my life! I was crying tears of joy at the kindness from my friend, and so thankful for the connection I created with this person, as we met through volunteer service. I am excited to pay it forward to others, as I have been working on something for a little while now...Will be sharing "You've Been Nicked" nickets with several people soon!

Our family was gratefully "Nicked" on Monday night. Timing could not have been better. I was horribly sick all day at work. Following work I needed to take our two kiddos to hockey, along with a baby in tow. Our whole family got home later than usual that night, I could barely move, and of course dinner still had to be made. My husband grabs the mail and walks in with a pizza in his hand that he found by the front door. Taped to it was a "You've been Nicked" card. Thank you! Timing is everything. :)

What a great message and a wonderful gesture. Truly. Nick and his family are forever in our thoughts and prayers. Pass it on people! :)

I got nicked earlier this week! What a sweet way to remember a loved one and to make someone else smile. :)

The time frame when you are rushing home and trying trying to make dinner and make kids happy is always a hectic blessing (the 3 minutes noodles never cook fast enough!). It definitely made my kids' night to get some Nick candy bars! But seriously... they think receiving candy is better than anything else on the planet and they were SUPER excited! ...and let's be real, I had some chocolate after they went to bed.

Thanks for causing such inspiration, Nick, and to your family thanks so much for our Nicket! :)

My kids got Nicked last night! They found three bags, one for each of them, by the front door full of all sorts of favorites kids love! They had many questions of why someone gave them those things, who gave them goodies, who was Nick, etc. etc. So we talked about Nick. Shared his story with them. And now trying to decide how to "Nick" someone else. :)

I did not know Nick, but he sounds like an amazing individual. Although I've never met him, he has become a part of my thoughts and I wonder where he would be today and who he would be impacting. Getting "Nicked" is a great way to honor is legacy and I believe he would be doing similar gestures today. Go "Nick" someone! :)
